we can say is that we love our new home at Bull Point
Plantation. The
John Tilton Homes Company with its professional staff made the plans come
to life. The final result is a home that is a joy to
us and the pleasant
experiences of the building process are fond memories that are part of
the foundation of our new beginnings in South Carolina. Selecting a builder was not an easy decision
but knowing that Chris Tilton
and his staff have been building homes at Bull Point previously and will
be building homes in our community in the coming years,
gave us a level of
confidence that has proven to be well founded. We needed a builder that we
were confident would take care of all details as we were not living in the
area during the construction of our home. Chris Tilton and his staff kept
us informed during the process and worked well with us
as we made adjustments.

We fell in love with John Tilton Homes'
construction when we saw the wonderful job he and his
crew had done at Palm Key Nature Resort just off highway
462, outside of Ridgeland, SC.
Today, we live in the middle of town in a comfortable
house with a very contemporary look. John Tilton really worked with us as a team. There were no delays and we were always given options and choices. We

Our dream home turned out sparkling and beautiful with all its architectural detail working in harmony. We had a very smooth hand off from architect to builder. when appropriate,
even after we moved into our home.

When we decided
to purchase a new home at Ridgeland Lakes in
January 2004, we didn’t know what to expect,
having just moved to the area from Maine. We
had previously built
a home in Maine and it was not a pleasant experience. From our first meeting with John Tilton and his office,
our concerns were alleviated. They knowledgably answered
our questions and addressed every concern we had. We
were able to view other recently completed homes and
were impressed by the level of craftsmanship. It was
during that first meeting that we decided that we were
going to purchase our new home and build with John Tilton
Homes. Throughout the entire building process, we were given
status updates. Sixty days after the process began we
were moving into our new home. John Tilton Homes was
wonderful to work with through every step. Our new home was perfect, from
the landscaping to the cabinetry. When we did our final
walk through, Mr. Tilton
accompanied us and what few punch list items there were,
were completed quickly. It’s now been two years
since we originally moved into our home and everything
is just as perfect as when we moved in. I now have the pleasure of working
with John Tilton Homes as the Sales Agent for Ridgeland
Lakes. It’s
great to see the amazement on my new home owners' faces
when they come to their final walk through and everything
has been finished to their exact specifications. The
office staff is always professional and courteous and
